Call for an internship! We are now taking interns (unpaid) for our upcoming projects. Details of the internship opportunities are as under:
Internship 1: Work from your desk
Description: This internship is about writing blogs and promoting your own greener and sustainable steps through the vast platform of social media. This internship is for a minimum 6 months. Roles: a) Writing one blog every two weeks which will get published on our website. b) Making one post regarding sustainability and tagging GreenAmmo so that we can further share your actions ahead. c) Help us in our digital marketing of sustainable actions through content development d) Conduct research on organizations (Private or Government) and individuals who are working on similar agendas of sustainability as Green Ammo and helping us to network and collaborate with them.
Internship 2: Be our podcast host
Description: This internship involves making podcasts for our Spotify and Anchor pages. You will need to make at least one podcast every week. You have the freedom to select your guest for each podcast session as long as the content of the discussion is aligned with our vision and mission. This internship is for minimum 1 month. Roles: a) Select any mindful and sustainable individual to talk about various topics on sustainability, environment, waste management and healthy lifestyle. b) Contact the person to communicate your intention to conduct a podcast. c) Upon approval, select a date and time for mutual convenience for the podcast session. d) For the podcast have a telephonic conversation and record it using you mobile phone app. e) Send us the audio file so that we can put it up on the podcast page.
Internship 3: Work from your chosen community
Description: This internship allows you to stay in your own desirable location and be a part of our BottleBrick making campaign. This internship is for a minimum 3 months. Roles: a) Collection of clean and segregated plastic from your nearby residences, organizations, and businesses. b) Making bottlebricks from the collected plastic. A minimum of one bottlebrick per week is necessary to tap as much as plastic as you can while you are with us. c) Posting the bottlebricks to our nearest drop off location at the end of every month. d) Posting about your mindful activities (one post per week) on your social media accounts (Facebook/ Instagram/Twitter) and tagging GreenAmmo for further outreach. e) Writing 1 blog every month which will get published on our website. f) Conduct research on organizations (Private or Government) and individuals who are working on similar agendas of sustainability as Green Ammo and helping us to network and collaborate with them
Internship 4: Work in our locations
Description: This internship is for all of them who want to join us in our project location and work hand in hand with us towards establishing greener systems in the communities. This internship is for a minimum of 1 month. Roles: a) You will be posted in either of our project location (Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Assam) and act as the project manager. b) You will communicate with the various organization like Self Help Groups, Schools, Colleges, Businesses and Local governing bodies to raise awareness on how to tackle their waste. c) It will involve awareness about plastic waste, segregation of waste and menstrual waste d) You will be given the freedom to initiate your own sub-projects to take ahead. e) Making regular (weekly) post in your social media accounts and tagging GreenAmmo for further outreach. e) Writing 1 blog every month which will get published on our website. f) Reporting every week about the weekly activity via video conference and a written report. (We will assist you with the ideal location of stay (Check our our “Stay @ GreenCabin tab) and food at a nominal cost for us to keep our own activities sustainable. Your contribution will be used for opening further projects and managing the Intern-Residences)

We will guide you to make zero waste cooking with the simplest of the available ingredients and your leftover food, we will teach you how to do basic sewing so that you can fix all your clothing wear and tear, we will show you how to reuse old pieces of rugs, how to do planting, how to make compost, how to make your own skin care products which are chemicals and microplastic free and plenty more. We you teach you the basics of Yoga and breathing for your health is your biggest wealth. Through these interactive sessions you will be able to carry out a sustainable lifestyle much beyond your internship period. We want to prepare you for a lifestyle change and a meaningful experience.
Registration fee
We take a one-time registration fee for each Internship term of INR 500/– (non-refundable). This amount helps us to collaborate all our internship activities and remunerate those labourers who are actively engaged in our field locations.
